Escursioni a Beijing Peking - Mezza Giornata Pechino in Bicicletta

Escursioni a Beijing Peking - Evening Chinese Kong Fu Show
Escursioni a Beijing Peking: Marvel at the culmination of centuries of martial arts with a trip to the Beijing Red Theatre Kung Fu show, where you’ll see some of the most skilled practitioners in the country in action. Kung Fu refers to a range of martial arts, but actually refers to any skill acquired through hard work, and it certainly shows at the Red Theatre, where the long training hours and high standards of the troupe is legendary.
Martial arts are one of China’s earliest and most enduring sports, utilising both brawn and brain to develop a fighting style that is as graceful, cerebral and elegant as it is ruthlessly efficient. The theory of Kung Fu is based upon classical Chinese philosophical principles of energy flow and discipline. Over its long history it has developed as a unique combination of exercise, practical self-defence, meditative self-discipline and performance art.
Watch the unbelievable flying jumps, spinning kicks and flowing evasive moves of these honed athletes, who train for years to achieve high levels of skill. No traditional kung fu performance would be complete without the ultimate show of discipline, where one performer smashes a board over the other’s body or head, Jackie Chan style. In their traditional costumes, complete with lively music and evocative sets, the performers will lead you on a thrilling adventure back in time to the very roots of this ancient and enigmatic art form.

Escursioni a Beijing Peking - Half Day Temple of Heaven and Hong Qiao Pearl Market - private
Escursioni a Beijing Peking: The Temple of Heaven Park is located in the Chongwen District, Beijing. Originally, this was the place where emperors of the Ming Dynasty (1368 - 1644) and Qing Dynasty (1644 - 1911) held the Heaven Worship Ceremony. It is China's largest and most representative existing masterpiece among China’s ancient sacrificial buildings. First built in 1420, the 18th year of the reign of Emperor Yongle of the Ming Dynasty (1368 - 1644), it was enlarged and rebuilt during the reigns of the Ming emperor Jiajing and the Qing emperor Qianlong. In 1988, it was opened to the public as a park, showing ancient philosophy, history and religion. Its grand architectural style and profound cultural connotation give an insight into the practices of the ancient Eastern civilization.
The Temple is divided by two encircling walls into an inner part and outer part. The main buildings lie at the south and north ends of the middle axis of the inner part. The most magnificent buildings are the Circular Mound Altar (Huanqiutan), the Imperial Vault of Heaven (Huangqiongyu) and the Hall of Prayer for Good Harvest (Qiniandian) from south to north.
