Tourists will visit the village of MANAROLA, a tiny urban jewel full of typical Genoese’s style ‘case-torri’, the village of VERNAZZA overlooked by the remains of a castle and a Medieval cylindrical tower from the XI century, the village of RIOMAGGIORE, a XIII century village famous for its wine where we will walk through its characteristic paths, the village of MONTEROSSO, known as “the pearl of 5 Terre”, an ancient fishing village that will catch our attention with the beauty of its beaches and the rich vegetation on the rocks. Here a delicious three-course fish-based lunch will be served in a typical restaurant perched on a cliff with a beautiful view of the bay. The tour continues with a visit to a charming wine estate where you will take part in a guided tour of the wine cellars in order to gain insight into the various stages of wine production and in a tasting of the various wines that the winery produces, paired with samples of sliced cold meats, bruschetta and salami. Subsequently, the tour includes a second tasting of olive oil and wine in another typical cellar.

The class will start with a visit to the market: our Italian chef will help you choose the best ingredients. Once you got everything you need, we will move to the unique location where the class will take place, in the heart of Florence. During the four hour lesson, you will prepare a full Italian meal, from appetizer to dessert. We will first prepare all the needed ingredients by washing and cutting them. Our chef will show you how to make fresh pasta from the row ingredients and you will have the chance to knead it yourself! You will also cook the sauce (Tomato, Ragù Bolognese or Pesto), ‘bruschetta’ as a starter, a main course (seafood or meat) with a side dish, as well as a dessert!
Our chef will show you how to decorate your plate and you will finally have lunch with the amazing dishes you made. Lunch will be accompanied by a local wine, water or soft drink as you prefer.
