Base of the Torres del Paine Towers Guided Hike - Puerto Natales
Base of the Torres del Paine Towers Guided Hike: The three granite Towers that give Torres del Paine National Park its name are the dominant feature of the landscape and can be appreciated from many different angles and many viewpoints around the park. This guided trekking is one of the most iconic treks in Patagonia and will lead you to the turquoise glacial pool at the very foot at the Towers themselves.
The trek will take you along stunning valleys and over small streams, while there is always the chance of spotting condors floating on the thermals. Towards the end of the valley the path becomes hard work as you climb up to the look out, it is best compared to climbing up an even staircase of several hundred steps. This can be exhausting but worth the because when you reach the top the view is indescribable.
