Half Day City Tour of Puerto Montt and Puerto Varas: The visit to Puerto Montt begins with a panoramic view from the viewpoint, going downtown through the residential district and government buildings, to the Main Square with its cathedral, the monument to the German settlers, the church of the Jesuits, through Urmeneta street and Antonio Varas street, towards the commercial and harbor zones, on the way to Chinquihue, returning through the fish and seafood market of Angelmó with its colorful handicrafts fair.
Continuing along the Panamerican highway to Puerto Varas, located in front of Llanquihue lake, going down San Francisco street and its parish church (1917), Vicente Perez Rosales Main Square, Municipal Casino, residential districts with their old houses (some of them declared National Monument), by the promenade towards Cerro Philippi, which offers a panoramic view of Puerto Varas and its surroundings.
