Antalya Sight-seeing and Duden Waterfalls: Starting at around 8.30am, the tour drives to Duden Waterfalls National Park located 15 km outside the city. Walk through the beautiful park and listen to the sound of falling water, breath in the fresh air and pine scent and enjoy the cool atmosphere. Duden Waterfall is 15 metres high and 20 metres wide; behind the waterfall there is a natural cave which you can sometimes go inside to get an exciting view of the cascading water from behind the fall.
The tour then returns to Antalya to enjoy a one-hour boat trip from the old harbour which will take you to the breath-taking Karpuzkaldiran waterfall, known also as the Lower Duden Waterfall. This spectacular sight is where the mountain spring waters reach their final destination before cascading into the Mediterranean Sea from a height of 30 metres. Sailing along the scenic coast, the boat returns to the harbour and the tour continues with lunch at a local restaurant with a beautiful panoramic view over Antalya Bay and the Taurus Mountains.
Lunch is followed by 1-1.5 hours of free time to explore the old town (Kaleici). Attractions to see here are Hadrian’s Gate, the Clock Tower, Kesik Minare (Truncated Minaret) and the city walls dating back to the 2nd century AD. The Kaleici’s narrow, cobbled streets are a great place to explore numerous boutiques, art galleries and interesting museums as well as to stop and have a refreshing drink in one of the many café courtyards.
