Exchange your voucher at the Lindbergh office at Damrak 26. Summertime (April – October): 8am – 10pm. Wintertime (November – March): 9am – 6pm. (except for Saturdays and Sundays when times are 9am – 9pm)
Duration: Heineken Experience: self-guided tour: 1.5 hours. Canal cruise: 75 minutes.
Start/opening time: For the Heineken Experience: Daily from 11am till 6pm (last entry at 4pm). On Fridays and Saturdays in June, July and August the Heineken Experience is open from 10.30am - 9pm (last entry at 7pm). For the canal cruise: Summer (April-September): Daily every half hour between 10am and 6pm and one at 7pm. Winter (October- March): Daily every hour between 10am and 5pm.
End/closing time: 4pm (last entry and ticket sales at 2.30pm).
