Native Diving School: There can be no better place to learn to scuba diving than the clear waters around Lanazarote. Native Diving Lanzarote is one of the island’s top diving schools and is based in Costa Teguise on the eastern coast, not far from Arrecife. Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced diver looking to improve your skills, we can offer a wide variety of PADI courses for all levels as well as fantastic excursions.
All our courses are recognised by the international diving organization PADI and are suitable for anybody aged 10 or older who would like to try scuba diving for the first time. Our introductory course is the first step to becoming a PADI certified diver. It’s valid for one year after the completion of the course and can be upgraded to further education at any PADI dive centre.
First we’ll watch a short video and go over some basic skills in a practice session including mask clearing and regulator recovering in confined water. Then you’ll be ready to start your scuba diving adventure. You’ll be able to dive down to 6 metres and experience a new world of sensations beneath the sea. We also offer a wide range of different dives around Lanzarote, just ask us for details.
And if you book now the beginner’s option or diving baptism will include a 30-minute session of ictiotherapy (fish spa) or a 30 minute adventure on a small boat with a large lens on the bottom that will allow you to snorkel without getting wet.
